| Teams: |
Teams from throughout the United States will be attending to compete for the Winter Nationals in their division. Competition will be held for women’s teams beginning at 40+ and senior men at 50+. Master's Divisions will also be included for 35+, 40+ and 45+ teams.

| Ticket Prices: |
Admission to all venues is FREE.
|
| Parking: |
No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks.
|
| Managers Meeting: |
A Managers Meeting will be held on Thursday night, October 2, 2008 at 7:30PM, LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED - WILL POST LATER.

| Team Check-in: |
Friday during preliminary play at the ball park, teams check-in together.
Photo ID’s (drivers license) are needed for the player check-in.

| Tournament Seeding: |
The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division.

| First Game: |
October 3rd , the games will begin at 8:00AM on Friday at each venue. Most divisions will end on Sunday afternoon and the Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. (Some smaller divisions could conclude on Saturday)

| Rosters Due: |
The ISSA Roster Form must be submitted by September 25 (player signatures can be added at the check-in).

| Divisions of Play: |
Senior teams will be placed in skill level divisions based on their National Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions are planned for AA, AAA, Major and Major Plus in each age classification for men. Divisions could be combined for preliminary play but ALL teams will be given the opportunity to play for their rated division championship against similar rated teams. Competition will be included for senior women's teams beginning at 40 and over.

| Senior Women's Division: |
The senior women's divisions beginning at 40+ will play on Saturday and Sunday. The format will be one preliminary game for seeding then double elimination. The entry fee for the women’s divisions will be $300.

| Master's Division: |
The Master's Divisions will play on Saturday and Sunday. Teams will play one preliminary game for seeding then double elimination. Competition will be held in the 35+, 40+ and 45+ age classifications. Entry fee for the Master’s divisions will be $300.

| Souvenirs: |
T-shirts and other apparel will be for sale at each venue. Other merchandise and equipment will also be available at the tournament. |
