Please include our team in the 2013 ISF Senior World Cup tournament to be held on June 21 - 23 in Salem Virginia. Deadline for entries is June 7, 2013. Rosters should be submitted with your entry form and fee (signatures can be added at the event). Enclosed is our check for the non-refundable entry fee of ___________ (see factsheet). All checks should be made payable to I.S.S.A. in US dollars.
